Susan Douglas, Ph.D., is an associate professor at Vanderbilt University, where she conducts research and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, designing and leading teams, and program evaluation. She has written over 40 peer-reviewed publications and several book chapters. She began her career at Harvard Medical School and Children’s Hospital Boston after completing post-doctoral fellowships at Harvard University and Harvard Medical School. She holds a degree in clinical psychology and health services research from Vanderbilt University (Ph.D.).
